World Mental Health Week
6 - 18 October
6 - 18 October
To celebrate mental health and well-being in Redbridge, we are running a number of events to raise awareness of the importance of mental well-being. The aim is to highlight the fact that mental health problems are common and can affect anybody, but we can all take positive steps to improve our own mental well-being.
