Signposting, advice, health checks, yoga, swimming, facials, foot spa, keep fit to music, head massage. Seminars and workshops on related Health, Safety and Awareness topics. Outreach services by Age Concern, Citizens Advice and psychologists. Also ESOL classes, home/hospital visits, outings and day trips. Outreach service is for house bound or hospitalized women. |
