Inclusion Criteria:

• Aged between 14-35 years old
• Living within the London Borough of Redbridge.
• Experiencing their first untreated episode of psychosis and the psychotic symptoms has been evident for more than 7 days.
• Also accepted will be co-morbidity with substance misuse, personality disorder and/or forensic history.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Psychosis resulting solely from organic disease.
• People with a primary diagnosis of personality disorder and drug related transient episodes of psychosis.
