AWAAZ is here to provide support and focus for women (25-95) who are looking for a place to make new friends and learn more, to build up their confidence and reduce depression. We provide opportunities to get involved in a range of activities which includes our Health is Wealth programme - yoga, nutrition, healthy cooking project. Dance and keep fit. Outings for families. Cultural events. Advice on benefits and domestic abuse are also available. 3rd party reporting centre. |
