Drop in clinic to provide information and advice to people living with dementia and their relatives. To signpost on to other Redbridge dementia partnership services and work in collaboration with the client to provide emotional and practical support through their individual journey. This service offers continued support through home visits and phone support.

AIR Football is a programme providing specialist five/seven/eleven-a-side training for men/women aged 16+ with a desire to improve their quality of life and for those who are engaged with services including alcohol/substance misuse, mental health, homeless and the probation/youth offending teams.

The programme provides an opportunity to increase fitness, confidence, self-esteem and to develop team building skills while also looking to assist with their future goals.

North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) is seeking views about proposed changes to how psychodynamic psychotherapy services are provided across the four outer north east London boroughs of Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering. The consultation is supported by the local cluster of primary care trusts NHS outer north east London (NHS ONEL).

In summary the aim of the event is to engage service users and key stakeholders in a conversation about how to deliver efficiency savings with NELFT given the economic climate and NHS Operating Framework for 2012/13 & to discuss the current situation and get stakeholders news on the best way forward.

A Free One Day Conference, open to service users, survivors, carers and mental health professionals across the UK.

This exciting, unique event launches Mind in Camden's new three-year project to develop a London-wide network of peer support groups for people struggling with paranoia and overwhelming beliefs.

Combining talks and workshops from renowned speakers such as Peter Bullimore, Rufus May and Dolly Sen, it will include stories of recovery, innovative approaches to working with paranoia and plenty of ideas to take home on how to cope with, and recover from, distressing experiences.
