An ongoing support group for those who may be suffering with general anxiety, phobias and OCD. No appointment needed and no referral necessary for the above services - just come along! Attendees are asked to make a contribution of £3 if they are able to; however, no potential client is turned away because of inability to pay. |

What is it about?: |
Drop in clinic to provide information and advice to people living with dementia and their relatives. To signpost on to other Redbridge dementia partnership services and work in collaboration with the client to provide emotional and practical support through their individual journey. This service offers continued support through home visits and phone support. |

Air Football Powerleague

What is it about?: |
AIR Football is a programme providing specialist five/seven/eleven-a-side training for men/women aged 16+ with a desire to improve their quality of life and for those who are engaged with services including alcohol/substance misuse, mental health, homeless and the probation/youth offending teams. The programme provides an opportunity to increase fitness, confidence, self-esteem and to develop team building skills while also looking to assist with their future goals. |

The venue is for talented musicians who are retired, in part-time work, unemployed or semi-professional, even if committed to bands/groups already, but have time and expertise to offer and share mainly, for daytime projects. Aims to establish an opportunity to network with local musicans, of all genres and ages, to promiote, develop and perform the diverse musical culture found within our local community. Rehearsal equipment and performing facilities are avilable too. |

FREE Conference: Light on Paranoia

What is it about?: |
A Free One Day Conference, open to service users, survivors, carers and mental health professionals across the UK. This exciting, unique event launches Mind in Camden's new three-year project to develop a London-wide network of peer support groups for people struggling with paranoia and overwhelming beliefs. Combining talks and workshops from renowned speakers such as Peter Bullimore, Rufus May and Dolly Sen, it will include stories of recovery, innovative approaches to working with paranoia and plenty of ideas to take home on how to cope with, and recover from, distressing experiences. |
