The Redbridge Branch of the Alzheimer's Society would like to invite you to come along and take part in their Annual Memory Walk to mark World Alzheimer's Day.
The date is Sunday 23rd September, 11am at Hainault Forest Country Park. The Deputy Mayor of Redbridge, Cllr Chris Cummins will officially open the walk.

Redbridge Concern for Mental Health and thinkarts invite you to the opening of our annual art exhibition: Paint The Town Red.
Dr Nathan Abrams, a film lecturer at the University of Bangor will be giving a talk on the subject of Mental Illness and the Moving Image.
The event is on Monday 8th October from 1.15 to 4pm. There will also be a buffet so - if you would like to attend - please email Jon Abrams or call the office on 020 8925 2435 to book a place.
The Mansfield Road Centre is holding an open day on Wednesday 19th September between 11am - 4pm. There will be speakers, music, and information about services.
