Description of Services: |
The Redbridge Support Service is available to Redbridge residents who are 16 years and over who need support to help them avoid losing their accomodation or to achieve independence. Our Supporting Officers will visit people in their own homes and offer a range of help. This could include managing their finances, finding work or training and developing self confidence and life skills. We also work closely with other services who can provide specialist help. The frequency of visits and duration of support will depend on an assessment of needs and will be subject to agreement between the Support Officer and the service user. The service can support a variety of client groups including people with mental health problems. |
