Description of Services: |
The Resource Centre provides services and promotes best practice in dementia care through multi agency projects. Staff work with people in a small day unit, their own homes and in care homes. Staff also support other services. Training is designed and undertaken for all care staff. An information pack is available on line bringing services together for people with dementia in Redbridge. |
