Description of Services: |
For people who provide unpaid care and support to someone who is ill, disabled, frail or elderly. Offers advocacy, information, support and advice to Carers over the age of 18 years. Also offers drop-ins twice a week, one to one counselling, pampering sessions, community drop-ins in 3 parts of the borough once a month, home visits and training for carers. Their aim is to enhance the lives of unpaid carers in Redbridge by providing the information and support shown, but also, to raise awareness of the needs of carers with the statutory services and other agencies. |
