Description of Services: |
The Intake Team will take all referrals for Mental Health intervention in Redbridgde. It will screen/assess these referrals and sign post them to the appropriate team/agency. IBIT will ensure that the entrance to Mental health services in Redbridge is accessible and timely and it will offer short term work with people with less complex needs, who are not open to other Mental Health Teams. |
