Description of Services: |
Crossroads provides respite care and practical help to carers in their own homes. This includes those caring for older people with dementia or other mental health problems, through the pilot voucher scheme. The service is provided by trained, paid Care Support Workers. We also operate a Homeshare service which provides small scale day care for elderly people. |

The Homeshare Scheme operates from the homes of the homesharers, who are also paid staff. Services using the Voucher Scheme operate from the service user's own home. |
