Description of Services: |
The Community Recovery Team provides an integrated & co-ordinated system of mental health care and on going community support for clients suffering from severe and enduring mental ill health, living in the east sector of Redbridge, aged 18-65. The team consists of nurses, doctors, social workers, occupational therapists and psychologists. |
