Service Description:
The Mitkadem Centre for Wellbeing is based in Gants Hill Redbridge. The team comprises of Mental Health Social Worker, OT, Wellbeing Recovery Workers and volunteers to offer a multidisplinary service.

This Wellbeing Service is offered to anyone from the Jewish Community aged 18- and upwards. Our healthy Mind Healthy Body ethos offers a pathway to health and wellbeing and our approach is client centred, practical and holistic. We work to people’s personal strengths and needs. This approach is reflected in the programme of activities offered in the centre and by the workshops and services offered in the community to support Recovery.

Individuals choose how they engage with our service, whether it’s just for social contact and to link into the community via our community café or to access our healthy living programme.
